  Moved from this neighborhood a few years ago, loved it. I also love the floor plan of the homes there and would be very interested in renting from you. I do have a crate trained dog who weighs aprox. 7 pounds. My daughter is 12 and my son is 17 but he will be leaving back to private school in September for 6 months so it would just be the 2 of us.

  I love yard work and have lots of time to spend caring for the property due to my physical disability. I have first and deposit along with many excellent references and rent is a direct deposit guaruntee. Please call if you are interested in renting to me.
