My Mission as your Agent: This Person is Here for Me

That’s what I want you to say after you’ve met me. Words are cheap, look at me at the eye as I commit to be your Real Estate agent for life, and will therefore dedicate 100% of my time and effort to assure you & your home purchase/sale gets all the attention it needs. I am dedicated and My goal is mutual respect and relationship for life.
I will not tell you that I have multiple awards, nor will I tell you I belong in the multimillion dollar team, nor will I tell you that I know everything there is to know about real estate. Because my award is what is in my heart, what I had learned in all my time in the service, the intangible character traits that cannot be taught in a classroom or read in a book, but years of experience in dealing with people, finishing a mission, and accomplishing a task. I had yearned to stay in the service forever, but nobody can. Now working as a realtor, its the least I can do to continue that legacy that I had lived, and breathe, the task at hand to assist my clients sell or buy their next home.

Communication and Results:

Buying or selling a home may be your most exciting, emotional and most stressful life experience. My accuracy and dedication to you will ease the stress and make your transaction more enjoyable. I will always keep you informed and updated, protect your interests and quality control on all other parties to the transaction, making each real estate transaction a positive experience. I had lived in 7 different worldwide geographic areas and had moved a total of 13 times in my military service. You think I will want you to experience a stressful move? Been there and done that, and you won’t.

Personal and Professional Background:

The Puget Sound area has been my home for a total of 10 years now. I am locally involved in the community. How local? When you are associated with the number 2 employer in terms of number of employees in the state of Washington, with 48,000 employees and about 120,000 family members, I don’t know how local you have to be. Sold homes as far as Sedro Woolley up north, Poulsbo/Silverdale up west, Tacoma down south and Granite Falls up west I have the whole Puget Sound area covered. I am proud to be associated with the Keller Williams Realty team. I am appreciative of the high standards and ethical business practices for which it stands.

Final Thought:

YOU come first.
Loyalty, dedication, action, and mission.
“To the world, you may be one Person; but to me, you are the World.”
My Name is Marcus S. Falcon
“S” stands for “SOLD”

  • Summer Activities around Snohomish County

Despite the current cloudy weather and spring showers, the various cities around Snohomish County are busy putting together their spring and summer event schedules. From Fireworks and concerts to markets and car shows, I have compiled a short list of [...]

Real Estate Statistics & Updates

  • Snohomish County Residential Housing Statistics for April 2012

Boy have times changed and I wouldn’t have pegged Snohomish County to be experiencing similarities to the most recent real estate bubble. Without the sub prime markets, predatory activities, and general real estate fever, Snohomish County has been shifting back [...]

Washington Recreational Activities

  • Child Apparation spotted at Kells Irish Pub – Seattle WA

It is a month of ghastly ghouls and haunted houses. Seattle isn’t really widely known for spooks and specters but that doesn’t mean there aren’t any haunted places. In an downtown Seattle alley sits Kells Irish Pub. It is one [...]
