I want to share some exciting news with you. I was recently notified of being selected as a Five Star: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent for 2007. In June, Crescendo mailed more than 23,000 nomination ballots to Seattle area residents who had recently purchased homes. On the ballots, recipients were asked to nominate only real estate agents whom they knew through personal experience, and to evaluate them based upon nine criteria: customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation and overall satisfaction. In July, the ballots returned and were reviewed by realty company executives, professional and trade association officers and others directly involved in housing related business. I was chosen to be one in the top seven percent of real estate agents in the Seattle area as 2007 Five Star Real Estate Agents. I will be in the December issue of the Seattle Magazine as a five star professional.
1. My previous experience: I have been a licensed REALTOR® since February 2006. I have been a real estate investor (for investment purposes) since 2006. I have been a police officer, deputy sheriff, and detective for almost 20 years prior to becoming a REALTOR®. I believe those experiences have given me exceptional negotiating skills. I am currently a Home Interiors Consultant and I have the following training, experience, and certification as an Accredited Buyer Representative and an Accredited Home Staging Specialist.
2. Qualities and values I bring to my work ethic: I believe good honest communication is very valuable in every relationship-especially between a Realtor and their clients. I conduct my business by referral. I believe one of the reasons why I have been successful in my business is because my clients have been extremely satisfied with my service or they would not refer me to their friends and family. Most agents spend the majority of their time and resources prospecting for new business-things like cold calling, door knocking, advertising, etc… I don’t do any of that. I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during, and after each transaction. All I ask is that while I’m working for you, I would like for you to refer me to people of comparable quality to yourself, who are thinking about buying or selling a home, and who would appreciate the same level of service I provide you. You see, as long as you and my other clients keep referring me, I don’t have to go out prospecting like everyone else, and I can do an even better job working for you.
3. Goals I have for each transaction: To listen to your needs and desires and to exercise my skills, care and professionalism in all aspects of the transaction. My goal is to negotiate for the best possible outcome for your transaction.
4. My personal guarantee: I will do my very best in assisting you with your real estate needs. Since I conduct my business by referral, I have established a Client Appreciation Program that has built a community out of my database. Here is what you can expect as being a part of this community: 1. Every month I send an item of value in the mail or personally deliver to you usually in the form of information such as ways to improve your home with maintenance tips or how to improve your credit score. 2.
