Integrity & Honesty
Working in a field that requires clients to confide in a professional is a large responsibility. As a real estate professional, it is more than just my duty to maintain a high level of integrity and honesty with everyone I come into contact with, it’s my personal obligation. My clients can trust that I will act ethically, honestly and maintain the highest level of integrity at all times.
Knowledge & Professionalism
Using skills learned at the UW, I bring a strong background of research and professionalism to every business transaction. Clients expect a real estate professional to be able to do more than just show a home. A real estate professional needs to know current market conditions and the area’s economic climate and how it will affect purchasing power and residential real estate investments.
Positive Attitude
I believe that remaining positive makes the whole home buying/selling process much more enjoyable because this time in people’s lives can cause stress and anxiety. Also, I believe that remaining positive helps people see more clearly when faced with challenges. This enables challenges to be met and resolved with little to no emotional turmoil.
A Little About Me
In my spare time I enjoy working on my small business marketing company TW Resource Group. TW Resource Group was founded in 2005 with close college friend and it has given me a chance to showcase a greater knowledge of the micro and macro business environment. Some of my hobbies include snow skiing, auto racing and spending time with family and friends.

Nestled in the North Cascade Mountains, just west of Concrete Washington, sits two of Washington’s most photographed wonders, Mt. Baker (10,775 ft) and Mount Shuksan (9,127 ft). Rising skyward, nearly side-by-side, these two mountains show off their natural brilliance with [...]
One thing that impressed me right away was on our first meeting Toby investigated the entire house, including the crawl space while I was going over things with Mickie.
