Desk Fee
– $300 per month
– $35 E&O monthly dues

– $.15 per color copy (billed only during the month used)
– $.05 per black and white copy (billed only during the month used)
– $100 transaction fee
– 1.5% B&O dues (assessed per commission)
– Use of the available computers
Tiered Split and Fee Structure
– 70/30 agent/broker split till $5,000 cap
– 80/20 agent/broker split till $9,500 cap
– 90/10 agent/broker split till $12,500 cap
– $100 transaction fee (per commission)
