Comparison post on Seattle Real Estate

I have just finished writing a comparison post on Seattle real estate vs Snohomish County real estate. The main item that arose during the write up is that in Snohomish County you can get twice the home than you could if you lived in Seattle. As affordability becomes a necessity people will start to look at Snohomish County with a new set of eyes and consider moving up north to get some more square footage, read full comparison.
