North End Neighborhood Real Estate

Historical District HomeEverett’s North End is also Everett’s most historical district. With names like Rucker, Colby, Grand and Marine View Drive this is where it all started. The North End borders are the Puget Sound in the west, the slough in the north, the Snohomish County valley in the east and 33rd Street in the south.

The North End’s most famous neighborhood is the Historical District. Located on a bluff and built in Traditional and Colonial Styles, the Historical District is very well kept and very beautiful. During the spring and summer months, trees can be seen blossoming and bringing a vibrancy of color. Being situated on a bluff, the North Everett Historical District has breath taking views of the Puget Sound, Olympic Mountains and the Everett Marina. Many people watch the sunset from The Park on Grand and the walk way that graces Grand Avenue.

In addition to beautiful historic houses, the North End has parks and recreation for the whole family. In the west there is the 10th Street Marina Park located near the boat launch. The park is popular with kite flying groups, animal lovers and people who love the smell of the sea air. Just across from the park is Jetti Island where a free ferry ride can show one of the most exciting sports, kite boarding.
