Silver Lake Neighborhood Real Estate

Silver Lake 2 StoryThe Silver Lake Neighborhood is in the south east portion of Everett and its border are I-5 in west, Lowell Larminer Rd and Seattle Hill RD in the east, an invisible line continuing from the Boeing Freeway in north and 132nd in the south.

Silver Lake is a diverse area with commercial businesses and residential homes. The 19th Ave NE corridor is where you will find the majority of the commercial buildings, businesses and is where Everett’s Costco is located. In the surround side streets, primarily in the east, are the residential homes. New construction dots the Silver Lake Neighborhood but that is not the norm. Older, well kept homes can be seen throughout and some have spectacular views of the Snohomish County valley.

Silver Lake & Thornton A Sullivan ParkThe Silver Lake area was named after its most prominent feature; Silver Lake. Silver Lake is located at the end of 19th Ave NE and is a non motorized lake, except for the annual hydroplanes races; which are far smaller than those that race during Sea Fair.

Being home to events all year long, Silver Lake is great place for families to play in the sun, camp and swim through the summer months. There are also a few other small lakes within the Silver Lake area: Hilton Lake and Ruggs Lake (both are non motorized lakes).
