Client Testimonials
Toby sold me my first home in 2008. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated all his hard work. He was able to be present at the property for the inspection since I was a single mom and had to work.

Second Step: Previewing the Property
To understand all the specifics that go into every home and get the most wholistic view of the property, we like to preview the property’s amenities, discuss the important and unique features, and review the neighborhood’s composition to make sure no attributes are overlooked.
Third Step: Determining the Property’s Value
To determine the property’s value we employ the means of a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). A CMA is the process by which real estate brokers determine the value of a property in today’s market – this is not a historical representation at property values yet a real time valuation. We take into consideration recently sold properties with similar amenities, lot size, square footage, and location as well as review the days on market of comparable properties. Evaluating these factors allow us to determine what your property will sell for in a reasonable period of time.
Getting the Property on the Market
Here at Barnett Associates Real Estate, we take all the stress, hassle, and worry about getting your house listed. Managing the paperwork, fielding offers and questions from selling brokers, setting up title and escrow – where applicable – and making sure your home is available to prospective buyers.
