Lynnwood Washington Real Estate
The City of Lynnwood is located right off the I-5 corridor in Snohomish County. Having one of the largest single family zoning designations, within Snohomish County, Lynnwood Washington is a city where many Boeing employees and Navy personnel call home. In addition to ferry access, Lynnwood is situated within a few miles from the foothills of the Cascade Mountains for spring, summer, fall and winter activities.

Lynnwood’s History
Lynnwood Washington was incorporate in 1959 from a larger area called Alderwood Manor. It the early days, it was originally zone for chicken farming and not for the populous city is has become. The main highway of the time was Highway 99 which stills run through the heart of the city.
