Marysville New Construction

The Marysville real estate market is no different than any other in Snohomish County and as a result of the mortgage industry more resales are coming onto the market. But that does not means homes just still on the market indefinitely; it means that if a home is of good value then it will sell.

New construction, it would seem, to have slowed to match the resale slow down but as strange as it may seem the Marysville new construction market is still moving forward. A recent new construction plat Robison Lane is being built by Grandview Homes. This development offers a urban community feel with its two story construction, shared play area on 64th in Downtown Marysville near the Les Schwab.

Another Marysville new construction plat, construction beginning shortly, is Ali’s Court built by Hauck Homes, LLC. It is located in Harborview Neighborhood of Sunnyside and these new construction homes vary greatly from the ones in Robison Lane. They are large square foot two story homes with views of the Olympic Mountains.

Marysville has a wide range of new construction homes coming on the market and if you would like to have your own REALTOR® when going to these new construction developments we would be happy to assist.
