Shoultes Neighborhood Real Estate

Geographically, Shoultes Neighborhood is the smallest of the eleven Marysville neighborhoods. Its borders are Quilceda Creek and the railroad track in the west, 147th in the north, 58th in the west and 123rd in the south.

Shoultes Neighborhood is the only neighborhood in Marysville entirely zoned for single family residencies. This concentration of single family residencies makes Shoultes an excellent family orientated area which has been designed with many cult-de-sacs for safe playing. Some of the smaller communities are Pumpkin Farms, Ottercrest and Heather Glenn.

Some other highlights to the Shoultes Neighborhood are Pumpkin Farm’s Sports Court, good proximity to elementary and secondary schools, a short drive from I-5 and new shopping centers at 116th.
