My Top 5 Pho Restaurants in Snohomish & King County

I can not get enough (ph-a) soup these days. Maybe it is because it has been cold or not wanting to get catch cold which keeps me ordering Pho through out the week. I first discovered Pho in early 2000 through a friend. It was home made and felt refreshing and healthy at the same time.
