New Construction by Polygon Homes

Despite sluggish 3rd quarter lot sales there still is new construction available in Snohomish County. Polygone Homes is currently building two new developments in the City of Lake Stevens, Crosswater and The Pointe. The two communities vary in housing design and range from 2 – 4 bedrooms designs.

Crosswater
– Beech Hardwood in Entry
– Traditionally Designed with Selected Lighting Fixtures
– White painted, 4-Panel Doors and Mill Work
– Gas fireplaces w/ Handset Ceramic Tile Surround
– Dual-Pane, Insulated Windows

The Pointe
– Eating Nooks + Formal Dining Room
– Dramatic Ceilings.
– Pass Through Kitchen
– Spacious Secondary Room
– Open Loft Area.

According to Polygons website these two communities will have ample playing area for children in a neighbor friendly environment, a “soccer meadow” and “toddler area”. These two neighborhoods will make a great addition to the growing Lake Stevens community as it already has nearby shopping.

School District: Lake Stevens

If you would like buyer representation upon visiting the Crosswater in Lake Stevens Barnett Associates Real Estate, LLC would love to be of assistance. Please contact one of our REALTORS® and schedule an appointment.
