Good morning,
My son and I are very interested in renting this duplex, I have had the pleasure of viewing the interior on a walk through with the prior real esate agent when the owner/builder was just about to put up back up for sale. We were hoping it would be available for rent soon. We will both completing a rental application today or tomorrow and forwarding them along with the $25.00 preocessing fees. How soon would this unit be available to move in and did the owner add a washer/dryer to the unit and refrigerator now that it is a rental property? Also, we have an 8 1/2 year old male cat who is very gentle on our home and belongings.
