Phone system is currently down

It has just come to my attention that our phone system is down which means the office can not make out-going calls, receive in-coming calls or send/receive faxes. Over the past few months we have been working with a local company to change over our phone system to a VOIP on a T1 line but it seems that something wasn’t coordinated properly. I have made phone calls and sent emails and waiting to hear back.

If you need to contact anyone in our office we can all be reached on our cells phones. For a complete office directory click here and scroll to the bottom of the page. I apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing with trying to contact us or send the office faxes. As more information comes available it will be posted on our blog. Thanks for your continued support and patients.

Update 12:48pm: A technician has been dispatched and to our rescue. It seems that Verizon disconnected the phonelines one week to early which has caused us to loose service.

Update 2:28pm: Eschelon came in almost instantly got us up and running. We are once again able to recieve phone calls and faxes. Thank you all for your patients during these few hours.

Sincerely,

Toby
