The average sale price for a new home in Snohomish County is $385,128 which is a decline of 13% from one year ago at $435,194.

Thank you for your site. Your land research is some of the best available. I did find a sale in the second quarter of 2009. See 200904020167. Its two more lots in Skoglund Estates.
