On the Everett waterfront, in the north marina, there is a new construction project coming to life, Port Gardner Wharf. After all the planning the days have come that construction can be viewed in an area that once was a industrial battle ground of heavy equipement.

Ranging in size, the slips will offer residents of Port Gardner Wharf as well as Snohomish County residents a place to store their pleasure boat. The marina will include restrooms and shower facilities, strong electrical power (50 amp), dock boxes, Slip side pump out services, cable TV and high speed internet service (probably a wireless broadband connection), laundry and security gates.
