On the Everett waterfront, in the north marina, there is a new construction project coming to life, Port Gardner Wharf. After all the planning the days have come that construction can be viewed in an area that once was a industrial battle ground of heavy equipement.
Developed by Everett Maritime, LLC, Architechure and Master Plan designed by GGLo, Intertiors by Mithun Architects, Port Gardner Wharf has been designed to be an “extrodanary mix of homes, unique shops, resturaunts, open air markets, 18 acres of parks and open spaces, business offices, overnight lodging, and other first class amenities and services”.
Keeping to the maritime tradition, Port Gardner Wharf will offer 2,300+ boat slips. Ranging in size, the slips will offer residents of Port Gardner Wharf as well as Snohomish County residents a place to store their pleasure boat. The marina will include restrooms and shower facilities, strong electrical power (50 amp), dock boxes, Slip side pump out services, cable TV and high speed internet service (probably a wireless broadband connection), laundry and security gates.

Hey Mary, I hope all questions where answered and matters resolved. Good luck with selling Port Gardner Wharf!
I had previously entertained purchasing a residence at Port Gardner but it became a bit up in the air. Where are you with the opening of homes at Port Gardner and what has happened with regards to the cost of the condos and townhomes?
The status at PGW is still on hold. The hope is that construction funding will open up for building to start late spring or early summer. As for pricing, I am still quoting prices from the original 2007 price list. Interested Buyers can still write purchase constracts for 2011 delivery.
Hi Dick, thanks for clarifing the timeline for PGW. I am one of many who probably can’t wait for the project to come to life and bring a fresh look to the Everett waterfront and marina.
