Rental Reduction on 2 Properties

Rent has just been reduced on two of our units, Everett 2 Story and the Monroe rambler.

The Everett 2 Story was $2,075 per month and is now $1,975 per month. This is an excellent value especially since it is 2,326 asf (approximate square feet) and has 3 bedrooms plus a den.

The Monroe rambler was $1,300 per month and is now $1,195 per month. With excellent proximity to the city as well as school this is an excellent rental for families that may want to live outside the larger Snohomish County cities.
