Q: What are the Benefits of Using Drones to Advertise Real Estate & Homes?
A: Drones have taken the real estate industry by storm. Being the best technology, a drone allows homes to be showcased from an eye-level perspective as well as show the home, or real estate, from a creative vantage point and its proximity to surroundings.
Q: What Type of Drone do We Use?
A: We use a GoPro Karma. The Karma is a state-of-the-art multi-rotor quadcopter, commonly called a 'drone', made by GoPro. Not every drone, or multi-rotor, is created equal with safety, flight and camera stability, ease of use and ability to capture a house in such a way a house deserves. That is why we choose GoPro.
Q: What Type of Camera is Attached?
A: The camera is a GoPro Hero 6 Black Edition. Having a quality camera, in such a small package, allows us to deliver a smooth and pleasing to the eye, and sometimes, breathtaking result. If you're concerned about privacy, a GoPro doesn't have the ability to zoom so there is no chance of the camera filming into another party's home.
Q: What is the Drone Used For?
A: First and foremost, is to video and photo real estate and homes. Every property we list for sale receives a complimentary video. It is part of our services. The videos are also used for relocation videos and area videos to showcase Snohomish County, and her sites, so people can view the beautiful area we call home. Watch some videos below.
