In the real estate section of Sunday’s Herald newspaper you may have or may not have noticed an article by Jeff Switzer titled Builders hit hard by housing slowdown. The article interviewed many professionals through the Snohomish County area who have noticed the decrease in residential building.
Ok I will get to the point, I was interviewed for a small chuck of information regarding Snohomish County lot sales for 2006 through 2007 and my take on what is happening in the current real estate market (thought that information did not make it in).
