Top 30 New Construction Builders for Snohomish County in 2007

The report is just in and the results are astounding. Throughout Snohomish County we see many builders from the very large to the very small, the quality compared to price builders (shown by the higher Avg. $/Sq.Ft) and who offers the most Avg. Sq.Ft across their new construction homes.

Highlights

Quadrant Homes was the largest builder in Snohomish County by volume. Selling 286 units in 2007, and selling 940 statewide, makes Quadrant the largest builder by more than 50%.

The lowest Avg. $/Sq.Ft builder in Snohomish County was Seattle Pacific Homes at $139. Seattle Pacific Homes also came in at the 5th position with selling 70 homes in 2007.

John F Buchan Homes had the largest Avg. Sq.Ft and one of the highest Avg. $/Sq.Ft but only sold 15 homes in 2007.
