I know Encore and DR Horton have acquired lots at dirt cheap prices and are building for exceptionally low and competitive prices. In addition to top selling builders, the top selling plat are Veremonte in Everett with 6 units, Rakestraw in Marysville with 4 units, and Westlake Heights in Bothell with 3 in January 2012.
