Welcome to the new Website

Greetings to All,

These past few months you may have noticed that were very little updates happening on the old website. That is due to the creation of this new and improved Snohomish County real estate website. It has taken me over two months to create and write new content for the site and to get the framework as user friendly as possible.

We have integrated a brand Property Search that is more advanced than the previous system. Our old search feature required registration prior to searching and this one requires registration only when you want to save the search. Saving searches will allow you to retrieve past searches, properties that have been save as well as creating a watch list. This should dramatically improve the quality of every search from now on.

Unlike the last site, you will no longer have to sign a guest book too see the more images of current rentals. We wanted to make the site so easy and keep our users coming back over and over. So far you may be seeing a 404 Error page and that is because there haven’t been any rental uploaded. Tomorrow is my plan to get all the rentals, as well as the listings, uploaded to the website.

The various Snohomish County’d cities, in the right hand navigation, have been rewritten to include more pertinent data, with more housing data coming, have information on zoning designations as well as general information for you to become more familiar with the area.

I am so pleased about how the site has turned out and anxious to hear feed back from you so please leave a comment and tell me what you think and thank you for coming back and making BarnettAssociates.net the most improved real estate website.

Toby Barnett

Ah, I’m so jealous!!! Only a few of us suckers left at the old guard…. Navigation is top shelf. You’ll have to let us all know how much your traffic jumps.

Hey Toby – I took a look at your blog, and all comments are tagged “no-follow.” My new favorite plug-in to fix this is Lucia’s Linky Love. Run a Google search on it & you’ll be able to find it.

    Talk to you soon!
