can you believe it… this house is right next door to the house my family and I rent! We would like to see the house, we love our house, neighborhood ect, but our garage was turned into a very cold extra bedroom, we would rather have the garage. I know it has a small gate at the bottom of the driveway too, which is what we need to keep solicitors away from our napping child! When can we see it, pets?

Good Afternoon Christy, talk about a chance encounter :) I have notified Cherie regarding your inquiry and pets are negotiable during the leasing process. Have a great day!

I am interested in your home too. We have an older black lab so we need a home that will take pets. WE are transferring to Washington in January. We want to rent for six months to a year until we find a home we want to buy. Our home in Georgia is immaculate and our yard is too. We would take very good care of your house.

Good Afternoon Shelley, Cherie is the only person that can make the decision to approve a shorter leasing term since the minimum is 1 year. Pets are negotiable on almost all the rentals we offer and I can see why a lab would not be accepted but again that decision is not mine it is Cherie’s. Thank you for the inquiry and hope we can be of assistance.

Thanks to Cherie, I don’t know if this house is right for us, but everyone always wants to check out the house next door, so thank you again.
We’ll keep checking your site though!

    To Cherie,
My name is Dwain and My Wife anI and My oldest daughter and her son and a family friend are staying in a two bedroom duplex and are looking for a bigger home. We go to church just two blocks up the road.
We all work so being able to pay rent wouldn’t e any trouble. And we are looking for something long term.

Hi there, we are also interested in the house. We have no pets, and two small children (5 and 2). I didn’t notice, when is the house going to be available? How can we make an appointment to see it? Thanks
    Laura

i saw the above listed house and was very interested but is there room for a fairly new trailer in driveway?

  • Toby Barnett // Dec 10, 2007 at 1:51 pm

Dwain, Laura, Keith I have forwarded your contact info onto Cherie regarding your interested in this rental.

Keith, I waiting to here back on the driveway but from the pictures there does seem to be enough room for a small trailer.
