what do you mean when you say $1,450 w/$250 to option, straight lease $1,200

Krystal, I apologize for the confusion. It means: the monthly rent is t $1,450 with $250 of that rent is to be set aside by the owner as a down payment if the tenant wants to purchase the home. If the tenant did not wish to purchase the home then the rent would be $1,200.
But unfortanetly the owner has decided to not to do that anymore and the rent is now is just $1,200 with no lease to own option. Hope that helps.

Crystal, this particular property has been rented. My suggestion would be just to keep revisiting the many rental sites just because the rental inventory changes so regularly. I will add your contact info (which I deleted for your privacy) to our rental distribution list and let you know of any changes and/or new rental properties.
