My husband and I have two little ones a boy and girl, and we will be moving from Utah in June 2008. I am getting a head start in finding a good location. Please let me know how long your lease is and also are you near any schools?

Good to hear from you Kristina, there is a minimum of a one year lease on all the rentals. To answer your question, Yes, this unit is near schools: Allen Creek Elementary, Cedarcrest, Marysville Junior High and the new high school at the top of Getchell Hill.

Stephanie, this unit is still available and to get started with the move in process would first require a filled out and signed rental application submitted to Cherie.
I do not have a time table when pictures should be here and pets are not allowed in this particular units, one of the rare cases. Leases are a minimum of one year and if a shorter lease is required that decision can only be made by Cherie.
