As an integral member of our team, you will play a critical role in representing both buyers and sellers in the vibrant real estate market of Snohomish County, Washington.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively represent clients in buying and selling residential properties.
• Maintain clear and strong communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Utilize computer programs including Microsoft Office, Canva, and CRM systems proficiently.
• Proactively reach out to potential leads via phone and text, with a focus on setting appointments and driving sales.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends and provide clients with knowledgeable advice.
• Coordinate and attend property showings, open houses, and other related events.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and CRM software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Confidence and skill in making phone calls and texting leads.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Real estate license in Washington State or willingness to obtain one.
• Knowledge of the Snohomish County real estate market is a plus.
