In 2003, Toby received his start with the Barnett Associates Real Estate Team as webmaster (still a current role) and marketing specialist. After graduating from the University of Washington, majoring in Business Management, Toby hired on full time as Office Manager. Since those early years, Toby is a licensed REALTOR who spends his days listing homes and showing properties, negotiating purchase and sales, and implementing all the marketing and advertising for the Team's listings. Toby is also a FAA approved real estate drone pilot.
