Where is Soper Hill?
From a map's view, Soper Hill Rd starts at Sunnyside Boulevard junction, in the west, then travels east across SR 9 and down to Lake Stevens' northwestern shoreline. For the sake of this article, Soper Hill is south of Soper Hill Rd and north of Lundeen Park Way.
Why are Soper Hill Homes so Desirable?
Being just outside the City of Lake Stevens and Marysville's downtown, Soper Hill offers residences the enjoyment of the County's largest lake, convenience of easy commuting, and all paired with a superb school district.
