Number of Lot Sales by County
The number of lots sold in Snohomish County's second quarter was just 16, nudging out Thurston County. Also, when comparing 2013 & 2014's figures the reduction was a whopping 36%.
Lot Sales Volume by County
King and Peirce County had substantially higher dollar sales volume when compared to Snohomish County's $2,527,904 volume. Also, Snohomish County's 2014 quarterly sales volume is nearly half of what it used to be during the same period in 2013.
Top 3 Snohomish County Lot Buyers
Of the 16 lots sold the majority were purchased by Seattle Pacific Homes, followed by Sundquist Homes, and DR Horton.
Top 3 Snohomish County Lot Sellers
Hultquist Homes sold the most lots, 11, and its safe to assume Seattle Pacific Homes purchased them. Lakemont Homes and Natural 9 Holdings sold the remaining lots.
Snohomish County Lots Sales by City
The second quarter 2014's lot sales where concentrated in Lynnwood with Bothell and Lake Stevens making up the remaining cities.
Top 10 Builders in Snohomish County
DR Horton took the top spot with 43 units in the second quarter, followed by Pacific Ridge with 36 and Polygon with 34, and then tapering offer to Seattle Pacific, Main Vue Homes, Lennar NW, Quadrant, Northbrook Partners, Richmond American, and Cornerstone.
New Home Closings by County
King and Peirce County recorded the most new construction homes sales with Snohomish County recording 355 sales, Thurston and Kitsap County numbers were far lower.
Median Home Price by City
Mukilteo's median home price definitely skews the rest of the County's with a median price of $1,299,950. The rest of Snohomish County's cities are more in-line with typical median home prices.
