USDA home financing is an important home loan program for Snohomish County home buyers, as well as sellers.
Why?
For buyers who qualify, USDA financing allows them to purchase with zero down in certain geographical areas and sellers receive benefits because their home can be purchased by more buyers than if USDA boundaries had been changed.
What Cities Qualify for USDA Financing?
